NUMBER LINE
Assalaamu Alaikum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakatuh
Teaching basic arithmatic can be done in many ways. We can add and subtract on finger tips , using beads or marbles, using spindles Popsicle sticks or building blocks or any items from around the house.
We tried all the methods Alhamdulillah and we decided on working on with number lines too. We printed out the number line on two A4 sized sheets and laminated them.We got this idea from

Alhamdulillah We are using it since sometime now and have my little ones have started on use them too. We made the child practice on chalk board and check out the answer on the number to reinforce the concept.
